Full-stack (Java-backend and Vuejs.org) Developer for commercial-open-source
ADempiere.net ERP project.
- It is a part-time (40+ working hours/month) position for 1k-1,5k BGN/month;
- The workplace is remote /home-office based;
- The candidate could be 45+ years old.
Some practices
If the candidate has five/5 or more years experience with her/ his previous employer, then S<Im1
offers labour contract with three/3 months assessment period in favour of the employee.
Presence in the office ->> 10:00am-05:00pm, six/6 hours + one/1 hour lunch break 01:00pm-02:00pm.
Each employee should work two/2 more hours within the same 24 hours. Of course, 08:00am-05:00pm and 09:00am-06:00pm
are good options.
This makes eight/8 working hours, five/5 days a week. The daily scrum-daily-standup meeting takes place at 10:30, usually.
Your work responsibilities as an IT professional include, but are not limited to:
- think on your tasks and get the job done;
- think on what to be pro-active for and how. Towards the vision of the company and your team/co-workers;
- self-actualize yourself.
Sports activities are recommended. The careful food (and drink :) ) selection is also encouraged.
Candidates over age 45 /fourty-five are also encouraged to apply.
Each employee should be open and even eager to learn new technologies and write source-code according to the requirements and deadlines set.
High-efficiency is required, but without burn-out :). Feel free to exercise your programming /coding skills on sites like HackerRank, for example.
In cases of low performance, salaries could be decreased. The last in combination with lack of effort /diligence /commitment could lead to
some unemployment.

6. Scrum master, product owner /BA 1k-4k
